Dansk Fundamental Metrologi (DFM) 

Dansk Fundamental Metrologi (DFM) is the national metrology institute (NMI) in Denmark and brings more than 35 years of experience in providing metrology services, accreditation, and consultancy. Combining its roles as the national NMI and a GTS institute, DFM possesses the highest national measurement competence in fields such as nanometrology, electrochemistry, length, optics and photonics, particle metrology, thermometry, and acoustics.

Within the Danish Chips Competence Centre, DFM will build upon its expertise in superconducting and photonic quantum chips, with a focus on metrology through standardised measurement protocols and inter-laboratory comparisons. One primary objective will be to investigate and establish in-situ monitoring solutions for chip fabrication on the newly acquired molecular-beam-epitaxy facility.
