Why we're doing this

The Danish Chips Competence Centre's goal is to strengthen and grow the chips industry in Denmark. As the EU Chips Act reshapes investment and industrial strategy across Europe, Denmark needs a clear picture of its current capabilities. Understanding who's in it — and where the gaps are — is the first step towards that.

This report is a first edition. The ecosystem is moving fast — companies are growing, new capabilities are emerging, and funding is shifting. We intend to update the mapping regularly and expand it into a living directory in late 2026.
